YOGA FOR MOTHERS ONLINE CLASSFREE MOTHER'S DAY CLASSES FOR MAY 2020
This is much more than a yoga class… it is a holistic approach to motherhood. This is an opportunity to: journey & bond with your baby, HAVE FUN and come out the other side with a strong body & mind, tools, practices for your week and connect with like minded mothers. The beauty of this class is that it is: · Suitable for babies from 12 weeks onwards up to toddler age · Variations will be offered to custom design the class for you, · depending on how old your baby is and how dynamic you want the class · May be practiced as a postnatal class without your baby · Everyone will have their mute button on so you will just hear me guiding you through the class In this class you will experience: · Songs & games for you & your baby/toddler · Postures & exercises that focus on pelvic floor, abs & core strength · Flowing sequences that build stamina and energise · Release lower back, neck / shoulders & hamstrings · All poses are designed safely for the postnatal body · Mini-meditations woven through class · Yoga Nidra Deep Relaxation |

Date: Every Tuesday in May
*Time: 11AM for 1 hour (Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney time) *please arrive a few mins before 11am)
Cost: FREE for Month of May
For: Mothers with babies from 3 months to toddler
Bring for you: Yoga mat, yoga block (or thick book) blanket, pillow, bolster, eye pillow,
Relaxing music for deep relaxation at end of class.
(Gather whatever yoga props you can find at home)
Bring for baby: Baby blanket to sit or lay on, favourite toy or teething ring
