About Emma:
Hi there Gorgeous Woman! I am super passionate about supporting women through the rite of passage of pregnancy, birth and into motherhood in a conscious and safe way.
I have taught prenatal & postnatal yoga classes & teacher trainings since my first pregnancy, 20 years ago. I am a mother of 2, specialise in women's health and am founder of Red Tent Yoga in Byron Bay. I also work as a qualified psychotherapist, perinatal counsellor & trauma therapist.
About Emma's Class:
My prenatal yoga classes are a well rounded combination of flowing yoga postures, breathwork, meditation and birth preparation that offers a safe, grounded and relaxing practice for mothers-to-be to connect with self, their baby and other pregnant women.
Classes suitable from 12 weeks to full term pregnancy. Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing. Tea & water provided.

This is such a new and exciting time as you adjust physically, mentally & emotionally during your pregnancy to prepare for the birth of your baby and eventually for motherhood. And along the way, there may be ‘bumps’ and ‘wobbles’ as you adjust to life
as mother of your new child.

As your womb expands during pregnancy, these gifts also grow and develop with your womb. This can mean that parts of your self that are normally hidden, come to the light to be seen, reflected upon, addressed and resolved. “
