Pregnancy yoga is a perfect way to journey safely through pregnancy and prepare for birth and motherhood in a holistic way. · Yoga postures keep your body comfortable as your body and baby grows · Balance your hormones by staying relaxed and toning the organs & glands · Prepare for birth with specific birth positions, breathing practices, meditations and relaxation techniques. · Prepare for the Rite of Passage as you move from Maiden to Mother Each class includes: · Meditation & Cantering exercises · Yoga postures to make pregnancy more comfortable and to prepare for birth. · Birth breathing & other birth techniques · A long Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) at the end of every class · Words of inspiration and wisdom sprinkled throughout the classes |
Class: PRENATAL ONLINE CLASS
Date: Every Tuesday in May
Time: 9.30AM for 1 hour (please arrive a few mins before)
Cost: FREE for Month of May
For: Pregnant women over 12 weeks through to full term
(if you are in first trimester contact Emma)
Bring: Yoga mat, yoga block (or thick book), blanket, pillow, bolster, eye pillow
Relaxing music for deep relaxation at end of class.
(Gather whatever yoga props you can find at home)
