About Emma:
Hi there Gorgeous Woman! I am super passionate about supporting women through the rite of passage of pregnancy, birth and into motherhood in a conscious and safe way.
I have taught prenatal & postnatal yoga classes since my first pregnancy, 20 years ago. I am a mother of 2, specialise in women's health and am founder of Red Tent Yoga in Byron Bay. I also work as a qualified psychotherapist, perinatal counsellor & trauma therapist.
About Emma's Class:
My postnatal yoga classes are designed for both you & your baby. The classes are fun with games, songs & animal poses, while meeting your postnatal needs. We start with warm ups, neck & shoulder releasing, followed by a flowing sequence with strengthening postures & breath to tone core & pelvic floor. You will feel stretched out through your entire body & finish feeling blissed out with a guided deep relaxation.
Classes are suitable for Mothers with 12 weeks old babies to 10 months. Wear comfortable clothing for yoga class, bring baby blanket & favourite toys etc for baby.
