GROUP YOGA CLASSES

Coming together with others for yoga classes is an important way to develop a yoga community or Sangha. A great way to meet like-minded people and to encourage each other on their yoga journey. An essential way to connect with your teacher, even if you do have a regular self-practice.

PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES

A useful way to deepen your yoga experience by developing a regular self-practice. Together you and the teacher will create a realistic program designed just for you, your body and your lifestyle. Yoga Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing, Meditation, Yoga Nidra (relaxation) and Ayurvedic Daily Routine and Eating program may all be included in your session and into your daily life.

1 Yoga Session        $70

3 Yoga Sessions       $195 (valid for 2 months)

Class Descriptions

Mums & Bubs Yoga

A yoga class designed for women and their baby up to 12 months. The class is helps mums relax, stretch and strenthen their postnatal body. Bond with your baby as we sing songs with movement and include the babies in yoga postures so the bubs have fun while mums benefit from the pose. Their is a focus on postures that strengthen the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Taught by Emma Grant as a an ongoing class. 4 Class Passes can be used over 6 weeks.

 

Mums & Toddler Yoga

A fun way to do yoga with your toddler while mums energise and develop a stronger body and yoga practice. Short meditations, breathing techniques and yogic tools are taught so mums can continue and benefit from their practice at home. Toddlers are included throughout the class with song and yoga poses. Suitable from 12 month walkers to 4 years. Taught by Emma Grant as a ongoing class. 4 Class Passes can be used over 6 weeks..

 

Prenatal Yoga

This yoga class is especially created for the pregnant woman and her experience as it unfolds till she gives birth. All classes start with an opportunity for women to talk about their week, followed by chanting and time to connect with their baby.

Prenatal classes combine strength and softness, and incorporate yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation and birthing postures, vocalisation and visualisation. Yoga asanas are designed to strengthen her body, particularly arms and legs, while releasing the back, hips and opening the front side of body.

This class consciously prepares the pregnant woman for her managing the labour and birth of her baby so she feels empowered and confident. Taught by Emma Grant, Natasha Hain.

 

Womens Yoga

A class suitable for women at all stages of life with a balance between strength and softness and a focus on pelvic floor and abdominal strength. Each class will include asana and each week will address a different topic ranging from pranayama, mudra, bandha, meditation, relaxation and ayurveda. This is taught by Emma Grant as an ongoing class. 4 Class Pass can be used over 6 weeks.


Yoni Yoga

A powerful practice for women combines Tantra and Hatha yoga as a way for women to contect with their female sexual energy. Taught by Roxy.
